This transformative event is a place to build sisterhood through intentional networking, a variety of breakout workshops with subject matter experts, career planning & education opportunities to plan for the future, valuable work & personal resources, exhibitors tailored to women onsite and in the office, information regarding emerging industry trends, sustainable practices, and bountiful sources of inspiration.

The theme of this year's forum, "Energize Your Craft," embodies the spirit of growth, empowerment, and vitality. Through shared knowledge, mutual support, and a commitment to sustainability, the event aims to energize and elevate the craft of every woman in attendance.

The forum is a collaboration between Renton Technical College, the Construction Center of Excellence and the Pacific Northwest Center of Excellence for Clean Energy.
