2024 Women in Leadership Symposium
Set for May 14-15, the 2024 Women in Leadership Symposium will foster robust and dynamic relationships and partnerships with women in Resilience Management and associated fields such as security, safety, emergency/risk management, and disaster preparedness.
Women’s perspectives play a pivotal role in shaping decision-making processes and advocating for considerations that enhance the resilience of communities. The symposium will delve into topics including diverse leadership in decision-making, relationship cultivation, resilience-building, engagement, inclusion, and diversity.
Participants will have the opportunity to connect, explore, and engage, with a focus on empowering women to assume leadership positions, advance their careers, and enhance their overall well-being.
